The dialogs are very low and the music is too high, I cannot watch anything without adjusting the sound multiple times, the dialogs sound too low&#40;even from a distance of 4-6 feet&#41;, if you increase the volume to hear the dialog and when there is any music, it comes out extremely heavily.

My TV audio even though too low was at least consistent, this is absolutely not what we can expect from JBL. I have logged a complaint, I am very skeptical that the service engineer will be able to resolve the issue.

I tested in all 3 audio modes and via Bluetooth and HDMI. Planning on returning the product, but unsure of the terms.&lt;/span&gt;
