The sound is very clear, you have an extra button to disable the noise cancelling to hear your surroundings and I find this very convenient! 

One side note is that a person next to me could hear what I was listening. It was disturbing for him, but I must say that I am a loud listener. If you turn down the volume then you won&amp;rsquo;t disturb anyone.

I used it during my weekly training and it is very comfortable. The duration of the battery is very long and it charges very fast.&lt;/span&gt;
